With a knack and passion for wedding planning, I am available to assist you with your upcoming wedding. I have years of wedding experience and will expertly manage your special day. For the bride and groom that are planning their own wedding, meaning booking all of the vendors, I am here as a "day of coordinator" and so much more!
Services include but not limited to; bride and coordinator planning meeting/venue site visit(s), unlimited phone calls and emails, ongoing encouragement and always an honest opinion. Full day of coordination includes managing vendors, decor pick up and set up and pack up, managing the timeline and all components of the ceremony and reception of the wedding. Will provide detailed templates for checklist and timeline each with 100 important items. For your wedding, I am available for travel and may work with a team on the day of, for set up, catering services, and more. I am available to help negotiate vendor contracts, advise on making big and little decisions, and coordinate additional wedding events like welcome receptions, farewell brunches, and bachelorette parties.
As a wedding coordinator my job is to produce your wedding exactly the way you want it to be. When you choose to work with me, I will be there for you every step of the way as your one and only point of contact. I choose to work with only a handful of weddings each year so your wedding will be extremely special to me.
